We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 10 days of purchase. Items for exchange must be in new condition, with tags attached, proof of purchase required.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Certain items, such as personalized or perishable goods, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
